Outside reading
This week so far I read "boy meets boy" by David Levithan. The book is about a boy (Paul) in his sophmore year of high school (just like me!) and the drama's in his life. Paul's alot like everyother boy I know in high school, except one thing. Paul's gay. It isn't an asumption Paul's known this since he was 5. he's always liked boys and liking boys has always been simple, his parents accepted it and his city accepted it. He doesn't lead quite the plagued life that you hear all gay teens live. Paul's got the same drama as all of us, who to date. fights with friends, drama between friends, parents, boyfriends parents. Some people would think because he's gay it's different. its not. that's the main idea of this book. Its not. Gay teenage drama is the same as straight teen age drama or bi teenage drama. Drama is just that, drama.

Good point, that's very true. Drama shouldnt be looked at differently because it's a different person, because it's still drama.
ReplyDeleteYes to agree on what jakob is saying, evryone has there own opinions but somthig shouldn't be looked at differntly just beacuse of who they are, it is still a the same drama.
